Oldham District Citizens Advice Bureau

Oldham District Citizens Advice Bureau provides free, confidential, impartial and independent advice and is open to everyone in the community.

We are a relatively small but innovative organisation, which strives to address the advice needs of as many people as possible in our local community.

Our main office is  in the centre of Oldham however we deliver face to face gateway assessments and advice from a number of outreach centres including local libraries, GP practices and children’s centres across the borough.

Oldham CAB deals with over 29,000 enquiries a year, giving detailed information, advice and support to people on every subject. The majority of problems concern welfare benefits (51%) and debt (20%), followed by housing and employment law.
